Hi there and welcome to The Daily Simple. I’m Aubrey (and that’s Leia).
For years now I’ve come to embrace the lifestyle of minimalism. I say lifestyle because it isn’t solely about reducing stuff and escaping consumerism but it’s about changing day to day thinking. It’s about simplifying. In a world where we consistently defeat ourselves by overcomplicating everything, simplfying is what I have found to be the solution. That and writing. (And cats.)
The Daily Simple is a play on the phrasing of a newspaper title but mostly is about simplifying every day. Consider it like drinking a cup of simple each day, letting each day contain an action that eases your life that much more.
Bye bye to incessant busyness, clutter, and confusion and hello to white space, free time, and fewer attachments for a more wandering spirit.
